Tube hydraulic expansion
Tube expansion is recommended in standards (TEMA, ASME, …) for specially heat exchangers. It can be done in both light and heavy modes. Sayalazma can provide special solution for not only tube ends expansion but also for full length sleeve expansion.
As tube corrosion is common phenomena in heat exchangers and retubing cause delay in plants, most users prefer on site repair instead of retubing.
